Come play some Dr. Mario Online Rx! Email me your friend code or go post it in the forums to get even more friend codes. Let's kill some viruses in a friendly competition!

I made the above picture last night. It's pretty excellent. I'm sure Kita, my forum mistress, will like it. (She be a Peach fan. ^_^ ) I've always liked slutty Peach. I think Peach is secretly a nympho, and that Mario is completely clueless. What do you think "cake" means anyway?

I've storyboarded the next installment of SGVY. I'm not sure how it will be, but I like the punchline. I'll get to work on the pencils soon.

You like this better, huh?

I felt like drawing Leader and Lackey from the Jar after watching an episode of The Simpsons. Mr. Burns and Smithers reminded me of them, even though their personalities are different. Lackey has dark hair despite the fact he has some kind of light-colored hair in the Jar. I don't think I ever assigned him a specific hair color because I never produced a color image of him. I think I made it white to make it easier to shade. ^_^;; Anyway, I felt he should have dark hair here. I kind of like it.

June's almost here. Bring on the hot!

Start the engine.

So I just saw Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and rather go on and on about how many things were wrong with it, I give you an illustration of the scene that I feel represents everything wrong with this movie: Shia LaBeouf swinging from vine to vine with monkeys. I'm serious. This actually happens. The monkeys feel sorry for him being knocked off the Duck during the big car fight in the jungle, so they teach him to swing from vine to vine.

I'm going to play some Wii Fit to get my mind off the movie. Ugh...

I hope they'll put me down.

I realized today that I had not drawn Yuuki as a male in a long time. I think the last time I did was... 2003? My god, that's a long time. So here you go; Yuuki restored to maleness.

I worked on this while I was waiting for mutsu's surgery to be over. My laptop has been having power issues, and it was having trouble with a broken RAM slot, which caused overheating and cut my RAM down to 1GB rather than 2GB. At first we tried this trick to get it to recognize both (I'm not completely sure how it worked. ^_^;; ). It did restore the RAM to full, but if the computer did anything intensive (Photoshop, Spaces) for 20 minutes, it would crash with a still screen. When you rebooted it, it recognized only 1GB of RAM, so you had to do the trick again. This is when we remembered we had a PowerBook motherboard lying around.

Popped the motherboard in, and behold! mutsu is alive again. (I made this sound easy.) So far, she's running cool and smooth with 2GB of RAM and a slightly under-clocked proc (to cut down on heat issues). It still can't be off a power source, but we'll work on that later.

Back to work!

A happy ending.
